Papers will be published in "Procedia Structural Integrity", a new open access Elsevier publication focusing entirely on publishing  ESIS conference proceedings, enabling fast dissemination so that conference delegates can publish their papers in a dedicated online issue on Sciverse ScienceDirect. Each issue of Procedia Structural Integrity will be submitted to Scopus (indexing upon approval by the Scopus advisory board), EI Compendex (indexing upon approval of the EI Compendex advisory board) and Web of Science CPCI (indexing upon approval of the Web of Science advisory board).

Abstracts can be uploaded, after registration, in the Open Conference System portal (OCS) without any specific format, but with a simple "copy and paste" in the dedicated box (max. 500 words).

Paper submission will be allowed after abstract acceptance.

Templates are available both in Word and in LaTeX format.
Paper submission deadline: 20.04.2016

When you will prepare the conference paper, please, follow strictly the template provided by Procedia Structural Integrity and remember that:

  1. The papers will be published about one month after the conference (during the conference an on line "Drafts collections" will be available).

  2. The authors should make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the conference papers are original and previously unpublished.

  3. The length of the conference paper is 8 pages.

  4. Both a word copy and a pdf copy should be submitted (both formats are mandatory).

  5. The deadline for delivering the full conference paper is strictly 20.04.2016.

  6. The conference paper will be reviewed based on scientific quality and readability (the issue indexing is our common aim!)

  7. The paper will be either accepted or rejected by the committee since there is no time for revision.

To make sure to get your paper published, you must register and pay the conference fee no later than the 20.04.2016.

Fees include the publication of one paper on the dedicated issue of Procedia Structural Integrity. Participants will be allowed to submit supplementary papers, but with the following conditions:

- each supplementary paper will imply a fees increase of 30 euros/paper (publication cost contribution)

- only one presentation per author will be guaranteed. Depending on the program and on the submitted papers number, supplementary papers could be included in the poster session.
